Job Description
Voor de positie van Marketing Director zoeken wij een energieke, nieuwsgierige, bevlogen marketing professional met passie voor het prachtige vakgebied, ruime kennis van en ervaring in (online) marketing. Om de groei-ambities waar te maken moet de huidige, informele (als een start-up opererende) organisatie geprofessionaliseerd en schaalbaar gemaakt worden. De focus van de Marketing Director ligt op zowel op the long als the short. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je het vergroten van de merkbekendheid/merkvoorkeur én het verhogen van bereik/conversie moet combineren. Om het aantrekken van nieuwe gasten en de loyaliteit van bestaande gasten in de verschillende landen te stimuleren richt de Marketing Director zich primair op het ontwikkelen van het online boekingsplatform en het CRM-systeem en alle daaraan gerelateerde digitale (data)strategieën, tactieken, campagnes en diensten. Analytische vaardigheden zijn uiteraard essentieel.
