Legal Operations Intern
Are you an enthusiastic HBO student with a passion in working with applications, tools and testing, as well as communications, data processing and process management? Are you seeking a challenging internship where you can apply and further develop your knowledge? We’d love to hear from you DLL Group Legal is looking for a hands-on HBO student with a background in business management, communications or project management.
Day to day:
This unique internship consists of a wide range of tasks from project management and technology implementation to reporting and business communication.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Project Management Assistance : support the structuring and monitoring of Legal Operations projects and activities, collecting the required data to drive initiatives forward; Technology implementation : collaborate on the development, testing and implementation of new technological solutions for the Global Legal domain; User support : provide basic technical and non-technical support to users from inside and outside the legal department; Reporting and analysis : assist in developing and maintaining reports in Power BI; User management : support handling the onboarding and offboarding of users; System Performance Monitoring : regularly assess system performance (including SharePoint and Power BI), conduct data quality checks, and propose upgrades and enhancements; Collaborate in business process management : support process improvement efforts and the implementation of new processes; Effective Business communication : assist in developing communication plans and ways of working enabling effective communication within the Legal department and with our internal stakeholders.“Experience is not everything, we need candidates with an open, adaptable mindset.”
Essentials:
Bachelor student in Project Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communications, or similar; Tech-savvy, analytical oriented and have critical thinking skills; Organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize; Ability to translate analytics (numbers) into plain English to help make better business decisions; Working co-operatively and productively across the teams to share information and knowledge appropriately; Have great communication skills in English, both written and verbally; Proficiency with business applications such as MS Office 365 suite of tools, including SharePoint.Extras:
Experience with Power BI and / or other dashboarding tools; Familiarity with process flows; Positive, innovative and enthusiastic; Good teamwork skills; Proactive and independent.
Compensation:
The internship will start in August/September. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 gross per month, based on your educational level.
