Reporting directly to the CHRO, this position offers high visibility and collaboration with the Global Executive Committee, CEO, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
About you
8+ years’ experience of working in internal communications and a strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice Comfortable working in a complex organizational structure with geographically dispersed staff Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, both written and verbally Strong presentation skills Excellent planning and organisational skills A good understanding of communication planning and in-depth knowledge of the range and variety of communication channels and processes to ensure that the right communication reaches the right employee Experience with crisis management from a communications perspective Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading skills Culturally sensitive with the ability to operate effectively in a global organisation Knowledge of the Financial and/or Professional Services industry is valuable though not essential
