YOUR TASKS

Creating an understanding of customer needs and gathering relevant data/market insights. Working closely with stakeholders to determine priorities and develop a roadmap (project plan). Applying scientific and mathematical engineering principles to build a more efficient infrastructure. Making translations between customer needs, warehouse operations, and processes. Creating policies, procedures, and work instructions for new/optimized logistic concepts. Continuously monitoring the market to identify new opportunities and gain competitive advantages. Collaborating with a team of talented Engineers and reporting to the Manager Logistics Engineering.

YOUR PROFILE

Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, (Technical) Business Administration, or Engineering. Demonstrated self-drive and persistence, coupled with a commitment to team and customer growth. Excellent communication skills, adept at simplifying complex technical solutions for both internal and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal intelligence, capable of inspiring and leading individuals across various levels and backgrounds. Proficient analytical skills, regularly conducting market research and utilizing data for strategic decision-making. Experienced Project Manager with exceptional organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
