Main Responsibilities:
As the Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

Subsidiary financial report management:
  • Formulating the subsidiary's annual budget and setting financial management targets.
  • Providing monthly rolling forecasts to ensure target achievement.
  • Developing financial solutions for profit and cash flow management.
  • Supporting statutory audits as the project manager, overseeing audit progress and risk management.
  • Ensuring quality control of subsidiary finance, tax, and treasury work.
  • Managing other subsidiary finance solutions.
  • Financing management:
  • Overseeing local financing activities.
  • Communicating with project teams to establish annual financing plans, focusing on major projects.
  • Operating financing processes within the system.
  • Addressing collection issues by liaising with banks.

Functie-eisen
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, with excellent communication abilities across different levels of counterparts.
  • Knowledge of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, and tax.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Capability to utilize digital approaches for data analysis.
  • Ideally, 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Fluency in English; Chinese language proficiency is advantageous.
