What excites you as an HR Support employee
You thrive on a wide range of HR support topics. You have an eye for both the interests of employees and the organization. You are accurate, approachable, and reliable. You consider it important to assist others with various documents, questions, and agreements. IND-related matters and current laws regarding employment contracts and changes are your specialty, and you are the point of contact for questions in this area.
Your daily activities:
Following up on actions related to the recruitment of new employees, job changes, promotions, sickness, dismissal, and vacation arrangements. Preparing employment contracts and processing changes. Organization regarding internationals: applying for the 30% ruling, IND-related matters, housing, and onboarding. Serving as a point of contact for international employees and guiding their migration process. Supporting managers, employees, and HR colleagues in the execution of HR policy. Maintaining and archiving personnel records. Contributing to ongoing HR projects in the field of HR processes and the implementation of new HR systems.

Our Position
Minimum Secondary Vocational Education (MBO-4): HR or Administration Two or more years of relevant and demonstrable experience You have experience with MS Office and are proficient in working with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with AFAS is a plus. Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language, both spoken and written Reliable, discreet, approachable, service-oriented, and friendly to our employees and managers Up-to-date with current labor contract and mutation legislation and familiar with IND matters and the 30% ruling for international employees, or open to specializing in this area You can plan and organize well and communicate progress effectively. You are proactive, able to identify possible exceptions, and see the bigger picture. You can interact well with people from different cultures and can empathize with the situation of migrating employees.* For this role Dutch is mandatory.
