Description

Sales Consultant: your responsibilities

  • As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for developing client relationship and understanding the needs on the market. Due to this, you will be able to find the profiles that the market is looking for. This means that you will be responsible for the whole process from A to Z en have full control to close the deal
  • You will be working in a very driven team that will support you along the way but also will challenge you to become the best version of yourself
  • James Woodman will teach you how to negotiate, qualify needs, canvass calling, closing and much more

Profiles

Sales Consultant: your profile

  • Bachelor degree or similar
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required

Offer

Sales Consultant: the offer

  • You will receive a basic salary of 2500 EUR per month, when you achieve your first target, you will be promoted and receive a salary increase to 2750 EUR
  • Above that, you will also be able to enjoy unlimitted commissions (we don't believe in capped commissions)
  • Furthermore, you will be handling high-end profiles in the IT industry. The first 2 months you will be trained to become a specialist by the Managers themselves.
  • You will also be part of a very ambitious team, with a strong mindset and drive. By joining the Ambitious Group at this moment, you will have a a lot of career oportunities because it is all about timing
  • You will be working in a suit on an open sales floor
