OTC Flow continues its journey towards becoming the market leader in the environmental commodity sector. We are actively seeking for junior sales traders to join our expanding sales trading team based in Amsterdam.

**About the role**

During a 6-month graduate program, you will actively engage in outreach and prospecting through cold calling and client meetings. Working closely with sales traders and being supported with training sessions, along with close engagement in your professional development, OTC Flow enables your growth in knowledge and skills to boost your career.

**Main responsibilities**
- Proactively build your client portfolio through direct prospecting via cold calling and networking;
- Communicate with clients through phone, online and face-to-face meetings to understand their business needs;
- Identify trade opportunities and support in executing them;
- Serve as the primary source of information for your contacts;
- Provide daily pricing and insights to market actors through messaging systems;
- Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments;
- Stay informed about the products being traded and current on new products and procedures;
- Be responsible for achieving your own revenue (PnL) target;
- Promote OTC Flow's services to increase the company's market share.

**About you**
- At least a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field;
- At least internship experience in sales, business development, account management, brokerage, or similar client-facing roles;
- Native-level proficiency in one of these languages: Dutch, French, German, English, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit;
- Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your professional career;
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, proactive, resilient, and ambitious.

**Would be advantageous**
- Cold-calling experience is a big plus. Our junior traders make a lot of calls every day;
- Knowledge about financial and/or environmental commodities markets.
