GRESB is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of GRESB. You will 'll work with an internationally talented team of UX designers, software engineers, data scientists and ESG experts to define the product roadmap, and build new data products for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in data companies (and preferably ESG) and experience with building data and visualization products.
You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our real assets data products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development of our product value proposition to the benefit of our customers.
The preferred location of this role will be at our headquarters in Amsterdam. However, we will also consider candidates located in Berlin, Paris or London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of financial market participants (investors, fund managers, asset operators) for ESG reporting and data collection through user research and market analysis
- Identify opportunities for new product and features, based on a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Prioritize features and translate them into actionable user stories
- Collaborate closely with our UX designer, engineering team, and data science teams
- Track key metrics and analyze data to measure the impact of product decisions
- Generally manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to ESG data, reporting, and product engineering
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior product team members and directly participate in the continuous improvement of our framework and processes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, environmental studies)
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the field of data analytics, (preferably in Fintech, Proptech, Real Estate or ESG/Climate sectors)
- Prior experience in SaaS companies (must)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets (must)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Product development skills and experience working with agile technical teams
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing. English is a must, any other language is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience or direct exposure to ESG is a plus
