What you will do
As Team Leader Control Centre Logistics, you will be responsible for cost-efficient operations within your department, with the customer at the centre of everything you do Monitoring and prioritisation of the entire process/workflowow in logistics Centrally coordinate and communicate technical and operational issues and develop, communicate and coordinate proactive and structural solutions and suggestions for improvement Collecting, analysing and bundling information from EWM, Wamas, Tableau etc. to derive information and define measures for correct staffing per work process You are responsible for the correct implementation of and compliance with the applicable rules, regulations, instructions and guidelines by the employees and always set a good example yourself. You manage your team and the operational process based on qualitative and quantitative key figures and can motivate, develop and support your employees. You proactively coordinate cross-team issues with colleagues team leaders and the respective senior managers.What you bring
University of Applied Sciences working and thinking style and/or extensive management experience in a logistics environment; Structured and goal-orientated way of working in a dynamic working environment; Good command of Dutch, German and English, verbally and in writing; Strong process knowledge and ability to recognise and understand interrelationships; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage Good communication skills and a team player Motivated, resilient, flexible and stress-resistant.
