Je bent projectmatig en proactief ingesteld, je werkt graag in teamverband en geeft heldere adviezen. Je weet eventuele risico’s nauwkeurig in beeld te brengen en hier een oordeel over te vormen. Als resultaat gedreven Legal Counsel zijn dit je voornaamste werkzaamheden:
Je ondersteunt, adviseert en begeleidt collega’s van diverse afdelingen en business units proactief bij een grote verscheidenheid van o.a. strategische, niet-strategische en innovatieve transacties, investeringsinitiatieven en interne (her)structureringen & integratietrajecten zoals o.a. fusies & overnames, joint ventures, start-ups, fund investments, obligatie-uitgiftes en integratietrajecten Je draagt bij aan (interne) juridische risico analyses, volgt relevante juridische ontwikkelingen op het gebied van ondernemingsrecht en vertaalt deze proactief en accuraat naar praktische instructies voor NN Je coördineert waar gepast externe juridische adviseurs, zorgt ervoor dat deze efficiënt en effectief worden ingezet, en fungeert als linking pin voor contacten daarmee Je adviseert zowel mondeling als schriftelijk voor het overgrote deel in het Engels

Met jouw ervaring en praktische insteek voeg je waarde toe. Je hebt een ondernemende instelling en werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving. Je combineert deze vaardigheden met een gedegen juridische mindset, een uitgebreide juridische inhoud en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (in zowel het Nederlands als Engels). Een afgeronde opleiding (Nederlands) Recht (Master of Laws/ LLM) 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring bij een internationaal advocatenkantoor of het internationale bedrijfsleven Kennis van het ondernemingsrecht, financieel toezichtrecht en/of mededingingsrecht is een pré
Je zal samenwerken met
Je zal onderdeel worden van de afdeling Group Legal van NN Group waar circa 25 juristen met verschillende expertises samenwerken in een goede en informele werksfeer. Group Legal is verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van juridische adviezen aan de holding en de business units op het gebied van o.a. ondernemingsrecht, toezichtrecht, duurzaamheid, contractenrecht, IT-recht, privacy en AI.
