Als operator in deze rol werk je in een vierploegendienst binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het instellen, monitoren en aanpassen van het volledige inpakproces aan een productielijn. Je voert alle taken uit aan de lijn, waarbij je de kwaliteit van het werk en het product nauwlettend in de gaten houdt, inclusief etikettering en metaaldetectie. Je bewaakt het procesverloop, detecteert eventuele afwijkingen en lost storingen of kwaliteitsproblemen op door bijsturing. Voor deze functie ontvang je een bruto salaris van €2.950,00 per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag., In deze functie als operator werk je in de 4-ploegen binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, monitoren en bijstellen van het volledige inpakproces aan een lijn. Je voert alle werkzaamheden aan de lijn uit, ziet toe op de kwaliteit van o.a. etikettering, metaaldetectie en product, bewaakt het verloop van het proces, signaleert onvolkomenheden en verhelpt verstoringen of kwaliteitsafwijkingen door bijsturing. Dit alles met inachtneming van kwaliteit, veiligheid, hygiëne en 5S. Je beheerst aanwezige apparatuur, instrueert collega's en geeft input richting leidinggevenden omtrent structurele verbetermogelijkheden.   • Jij hebt minimaal een mbo 2 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent technisch sterk onderlegd.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld.
