Wat ga je doen als Product Owner business operations?
Samen met je stakeholders ontwikkel en onderhoud je de business operations visie die past bij de strategie van Fixami en vertaalt deze naar een heldere product roadmap. Slimmere picking- en packing processen, AI toepassen bij interacties met de klant of data nog slimmer inzetten voor onze inkopers. Je draagt je visie uit en neemt de development teams en de business mee op reis, zodat zij sprint na sprint waardevolle features op kunnen leveren waar iedereen trots op mag zijn. Zonder wrijving geen glans; je neemt data gedreven en besluitvaardig beslissingen en gaat altijd voor het beste resultaat.
Uiteraard houd jij je ook bezig met:
Agile ceremonies die de business- en development teams helpen de neuzen dezelfde kant op te houden; Vertaling van de roadmap naar een heldere product backlog; Opgeleverde functionaliteit; die test je tegen de gestelde acceptatiecriteria; Kwaliteit en continuïteit van het product, inclusief deployments, want de backoffice mag natuurlijk nooit down zijn als er orders verwerkt moeten worden; Contact met leveranciers van o.a. contact center-, accounting en logistieke oplossingen om bij te blijven op het gebied van nieuwe mogelijkheden; Het bewaken en rapporteren van de voortgang op strategische projecten.
Herken jij jezelf in het volgende?
Je bent een groot fan van technologie en snapt dat backoffice systemen stabiel en efficiënt moeten opereren. Je vormt de brug tussen de business en development. Wanneer operationeel gedreven stakeholders een idee of verwachting hebben, weet jij deze op waarde te schatten en eventueel door te vertalen naar de roadmap. Ook eigen ideeën draag jij uit, je bent lean ingesteld, hebt affiniteit met development/IT en bent in staat het met de teams te sparren en hen uit te dagen. Daarnaast ben/heb jij:
HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau; 5 Jaar werkervaring als product owner, deze ervaring heb je bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een e-commerce omgeving; Pluspunten wanneer je ervaring hebt met WMS en/of ERP oplossingen; Kennis van Exact Financials, Akeneo en/of Genesys Cloud is een pré.
