About this role: 


We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead our Total Rewards products within the Global People Technology team. Your job will be to work with the team to understand the problem space, identify the right opportunities to have an impact and translate that into an innovative technology roadmap.

You will partner with HR teams and the business to shape and execute on the Total Rewards product strategy that aims to maximise employee engagement whilst helping drive organisational success.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

  • Build relationships with stakeholders to continuously understand business needs and translate them into an actionable vision 
  • Initiate and translate product roadmap of a complex product area into a manageable product backlog, in line with the strategic goals and objectives of the team and business stakeholders
  • Engage with Employee Experience research and analytics, with guidance from the Group Product Manager, to make quantitative and qualitative informed decisions 
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the performance of People Technology products and new release features.
  • Work with the Development team to define User Stories and acceptance criteria while championing a user-centric design approach.
  • Co-coordinate with the development team around the delivery of new product features via the creation of release documentation, workshops and operational support of launches 
  •  Understand the applicable product, systems, processes and used technologies at a high enough level to be able to help define the product vision and strategy
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and user needs to inform product direction

What will you bring to the table?

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR Systems through more than 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience working with tools and platforms such as Workday, Benify, Achievers, Computershare
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and tailor content appropriately.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with HR partners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and  bringing creative solutions to People Technology challenges.
  • A team player, contributing effectively in meetings and working groups, fostering constructive collaboration and open communication within the team with relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to influence product decisions and measure outcomes
