What you will learn as a Quality Food Safety intern: As an intern, you are part of the Health and Safety department. Within the H&S department, you are at the heart of the factory organization. The department closely collaborates with various disciplines in the factory and provides support to the production departments in their daily activities from a safety and health perspective.

As a Health & Safety Intern, you will be responsible for working within a part of the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) department. Within the department, you are at the heart of the factory organization. The department closely collaborates with various disciplines in the factory and provides support to the production departments in their daily activities from a safety perspective. In addition to an interesting internship assignment, there is also plenty of room for practical assignments within Health & Safety.

Qualifications

Job essentials:

• HBO Bachelor student in Safety Science or a related field

• Able to work both independently and in a team

• Possesses a positive attitude and good communication skills, as you will interact with various levels within the organization

• Proactive, assertive, and results-driven

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Has analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Speaks fluent Dutch & English

Wat je zult leren als Quality Food Safety intern:

Als intern maak je deel uit van de afdeling Gezondheid en Veiligheid. Binnen de afdeling H&S sta je midden in de fabrieksorganisatie. De afdeling werkt nauw samen met verschillende disciplines in de fabriek en biedt ondersteuning aan de productieafdelingen in hun dagelijkse activiteiten vanuit een veiligheids- en gezondheidsoogpunt.

Als Quality Food Safety intern ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werken binnen een deel van de afdeling Kwaliteit, Gezondheid, Veiligheid & Milieu (KGV). Binnen de afdeling sta je midden in de fabrieksorganisatie. De afdeling werkt nauw samen met verschillende disciplines in de fabriek en biedt ondersteuning aan de productieafdelingen in hun dagelijkse activiteiten vanuit een veiligheidsperspectief. Naast een interessante internopdracht is er ook volop ruimte voor praktische opdrachten binnen Health & Safety.

Belangrijke aspecten van de functie:

• HBO Bachelor student in Veiligheidskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied

• In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken

• Bezit een positieve houding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden, aangezien je zult communiceren met verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie

• Proactief, assertief en resultaatgericht

• Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden

• Beschikt over analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen

• Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands & Engels
