Wat ga jij doen?

Als Sales Engineer in Boxmeer ben je de essentiële schakel tussen onze klanten en ons bedrijf en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de groei en het succes van Meilink Boxmeer. Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Duits is hierbij een pré. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

Actief het klantenbestand uitbreiden door o.a. beursactiviteiten, bestaande en voormalige klanten telefonisch benaderen en klantbezoeken; Het ontwerpen van gerichte logistieke en verpakoplossingen voor (potentiële) klanten; Offertes en orderbevestigingen opstellen en opvolgen; Up- en cross selling, verkoopsignalen herkennen en daar proactief mee aan de slag gaan; Administratieve taken en het analyseren en opvolgen van klantmeldingen.

Wat kunnen we jou bieden?

Een salaris van €3.473,- tot wel €5.095,- bruto per maand (40 uur), afhankelijk van je werkervaring; Een werkomgeving waar je ruimte hebt voor initiatief en ondernemerschap; Werken bij een familiebedrijf in de dynamische verpakkingswereld, koploper op het gebied van duurzaamheid; Leuke en gezonde werksfeer met fijne collega's; Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld en de mogelijkheid tot vast dienstverband; Een aantrekkelijke pensioenopbouw, waarbij 50% van jouw premie betaald wordt door Meilink; Mogelijkheden om jezelf te (blijven) ontwikkelen; Verschillende leuke acties en ieder geval één keer per jaar een team- of bedrijfsuitje; Uiteraard heerlijke koffie en elke dag vers fruit;

Wat breng jij mee?

Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau, met affiniteit voor techniek; Ervaring binnen een productie- of logistiek bedrijf, bij voorkeur in de markt high mix-low volume met korte levertijden; Ervaring met sales, relatiebeheer en acquisitie; Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig, proactief en vraagt door; Ervaring met het werken met ERP systemen.
