Job Description
SuccessFactors (SFSF) Consultant

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM, CDP, Employee Central, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • SuccessFactors LMS certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors functionalities like mobility enablement, 360-degree appraisal, calibration matrix, and People Card.
  • Experience in integrating SuccessFactors modules with other SF modules (e.g., CDP, BizX, JAM) and external systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (PRD and BIRT) for reporting and customization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, change, and service request management.
