BeschrijvingResponsibilities Trainee Store Operations (Retail)

In the Store Operations department, you and your colleagues are the driving force behind the success. The organization continuously strives to find solutions that work well for all stores in all the countries where they operate. In doing so, the international team keeps in close contact with the Store Operations teams in the different countries and is always looking for new technologies and innovative ways to improve working in the stores.

As a team, you continuously shape the standardization in store processes that is necessary to maintain rapid and controlled growth. Will you help this organisation grow across Europe?

Who are you?

You are ??interested in retail, entrepreneurial, ?have lots of ?commercial insight and a hands-on mindset. You learn quickly, have good analytical skills, and take a practical approach to your work. What is more, you ??keep an eye on the market for any (emerging) trends. Your confidence and communication skills also allow you to find your way in a challenging and ????fast-changing work environment.? 
 
You also have the following:? 

  • University or HBO level;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • One to two years' work experience (this can also be in another professional field);
  • Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)?.
SalarisThe offer Trainee Store Operations (Retail)

What can you expect?

  • A base salary around €3000 gross per month;? 
  • 24 days of holiday and the option to buy 5 extra days (based on 38 hours per week);
  • 15% staff discount on your purchases;
  • Collective health insurance and travel allowance.

How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process.
