In the commerce department, you and your colleagues are the driving force behind the success. You research how the organization processes purchasing activities in the systems. Additionally, an essential part of the commerce department is examining the store format and how products can make their best way from the store to the customer.

As a team, you continuously shape the store layout, shelf layout, and pricing of the assortment. Each week, you introduce more than 150 new products. An innovative and international outlook is crucial here, as this organization already has a presence in more than 10 countries and will continue to expand in the coming years.

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business-related field;
• Proven commercial experience, such as in sales, trading, or e-commerce;
• Willingness to learn;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written)

What can you expect?

• A base salary around €3000 gross per month;? 
• 24 days of holiday and the option to buy 5 extra days (based on 38 hours per week);

• A traineeship of 18 months duration, with the intention of extending the contract afterwards.
