Mechanical Equipment Technician

Job Description

Je rol:

Montagewerkzaamheden (meestal eenmalige opdrachten) volgens door Engineers aan te leveren TPD. TPD kan bestaan uit compleet tekeningenpakket, schetsen, beschrijvingen, installatie- en veiligheidsvoorschriften of op eigen inzicht/initiatief.

Fabriceren (draaien, frezen (conventioneel en CNC), zetten, bankwerken etc.) van onderdelen (veelal enkel stuks) ten behoeve van vervaardiging van equipment aan operations afdelingen in Best (en daarbuiten).

Uitvoeren van diverse werkzaamheden ten ondersteuning van operations Best.

Op eigen initiatief contact opnemen en overleg plegen met opdrachtgevers.

Uitvoeren van inspectie en onderhoud van apparaten van operations keurings voorschriften.

Afregelen van overdrukventielen t.b.v. luchttransport MR magneten.

Controle van servicetools.

Onderhoud van eigen machinepark.

Uitvoeren van laswerkzaamheden.

Bestellen van gereedschappen en materialen.

Meten van machineonderdelen op 3D meetbank.

Adviseren van engineers mbt maakbaarheid onderdelen en bestaande modellen.

Ondersteunen bij calamiteiten op het gebied van tooling, in- en extern Philips (bij leveranciers).

Affiniteit met 3d printen en lasersnijden is een pre.

Je bent geschikt als :

MBO werk- en denkniveau. 3 tot 5 jaar werk ervaring in montagewerkzaamheden, onderhoud, verspaning.

Gestructureerd, met oog voor veiligheid.

Mechanische en elektrische vaardigheden.

Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands/Engels).

Teamplayer mentaliteit.

Computervaardigheden (o.a. Microsoft Office, fusion360).
