Je rol:

  • Montagewerkzaamheden (meestal eenmalige opdrachten) volgens door Engineers aan te leveren TPD. TPD kan bestaan uit compleet tekeningenpakket, schetsen, beschrijvingen, installatie- en veiligheidsvoorschriften of op eigen inzicht/initiatief.
  • Fabriceren (draaien, frezen (conventioneel en CNC), zetten, bankwerken etc.) van onderdelen (veelal enkel stuks) ten behoeve van vervaardiging van equipment aan operations afdelingen in Best (en daarbuiten).
  • Uitvoeren van diverse werkzaamheden ten ondersteuning van operations Best.
  • Op eigen initiatief contact opnemen en overleg plegen met opdrachtgevers.
  • Uitvoeren van inspectie en onderhoud van apparaten van operations keurings voorschriften.
  • Afregelen van overdrukventielen t.b.v. luchttransport MR magneten.
  • Controle van servicetools.
  • Onderhoud van eigen machinepark.
  • Uitvoeren van laswerkzaamheden.
  • Bestellen van gereedschappen en materialen.
  • Meten van machineonderdelen op 3D meetbank.
  • Adviseren van engineers mbt maakbaarheid onderdelen en bestaande modellen.
  • Ondersteunen bij calamiteiten op het gebied van tooling, in- en extern Philips (bij leveranciers).
  • Affiniteit met 3d printen en lasersnijden is een pre.

Je bent geschikt als:

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau. 3 tot 5 jaar werk ervaring in montagewerkzaamheden, onderhoud, verspaning.
  • Gestructureerd, met oog voor veiligheid.
  • Mechanische en elektrische vaardigheden.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands/Engels).
  • Teamplayer mentaliteit.
  • Computervaardigheden (o.a. Microsoft Office, fusion360).
