What impact will you make?
Het Resilience Crisis & Reputation team adviseert klanten in de publieke en private sector over crisis- en continuïteitsmanagement, de waarde van vertrouwen en strategische communicatie om de impact van (potentiële) crises te verminderen en de reputatie van organisaties op te bouwen en te behouden. Als werkstudent help je organisaties door middel van crisissimulaties, business impact analyses en stakeholder engagement. Je vergroot de veerkracht van organisaties door maturity assessments uit te voeren en verbeterprogramma's op te stellen.

- een bachelordiploma in sociale wetenschappen, communicatiewetenschappen, internationale betrekkingen, veiligheidskunde, bestuurskunde, security and risk management, business informatics, of een ander relevant vakgebied;
- bij voorkeur al enige (relevante) werkervaring opgedaan, bijvoorbeeld via stages of studieprojecten, of een bijbaan naast je studie;
- bekend om je sociale en analytische vaardigheden, proactiviteit, maatschappelijk bewustzijn en snelle aanpak;
- beschikbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week, bij voorkeur gedurende een periode van 9-12 maanden. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een pré.
