Senior Business Continuity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Continuity Manager to join our Global SRE BCM chapter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT continuity processes and practices across ING, ensuring the resilience of our critical IT and business services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT continuity plans and processes, including business impact analysis, risk assessment, and crisis management planning.
- Define global standards for IT continuity plan development and testing, including datacenter disaster recovery testing.
- Ensure correct implementation of BCM capabilities for Service Providers across Tech, including contingency plan development and testing.
- Develop a consistent disaster recovery approach across our global tech platform providers and consumers.
- Ensure proper documentation, training material, and knowledge sharing with engineers across ING.
- Years of experience in software engineering, IT operations, or software architect roles.
- Knowledge of technology across all levels of the technology stack.
- Preferred experience with development of BCM/IT continuity within Tech, including continuity plan development and execution.
- Broad understanding of technologies and consumer needs.
- Natural self-motivation and drive to take end-to-end ownership.
- Mindset of openness and willingness to try new ways of working.
