About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk and Continuity Manager to join our team at Yacht. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day availability of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) process and plan
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of our services
  • Ensure our IT resilience capability aligns with business resilience requirements
  • Participate in end-to-end testing for Service Continuity exercises
  • Schedule risk reviews and obtain current risk status and mitigation tasks with Risk Owners
  • Manage and raise risks where a risk to service has been identified
  • Support Product Owners to create and maintain Service Continuity and Risk documentation
  • Work closely with dev/ops teams to ensure required exercises are performed in time and with desired quality and outcome
  • Identify and govern ITSC related risks, as well as maintaining visibility and awareness of related Risks, Issues, and Improvements
  • Report towards Risk committees on the health of our IT Disaster Recovery / failover services, identifying issues and remediation activities
Requirements
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly, clearly identifying key risks and gaps, issues, and present information concisely
  • Ability to lead the IT and business organizations to a higher maturity level in IT Service Continuity
  • Proven track record in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and ability to demonstrate experience in an ITSCM function, where you have operated an assurance / risk-based managed ITSCM process and exercises
  • Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and high availability architectures
  • Good understanding of Risk Management concepts and working practices
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in implementing, applying, and governing IT Service Continuity Management standards and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all operational levels of the organization as well as with suppliers
  • Fluent in the English language
What We Offer
  • Salary expectation between €60,000 and €75,000 per year, including 8.33% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek
  • Freelance max hourly rate: €85
