About the Role
Ecoser-IT is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting activities related to our Reconciliations systems and implementing change requests based on broad knowledge of ITIL processes.
About the Team
You will be part of our DevOps team, working closely with other disciplines/roles. Our team consists of around 22 people, including Business Analysis, Software Engineering, and Operations Support.
About the Job
As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting activities related to the Regulatory Reporting system and a system for Client Registration and On Boarding
- Implementing change requests based on broad knowledge of ITIL processes
- Working closely with other disciplines/roles to ensure smooth operation of our systems
About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft servers (Windows 2012)
- Proven knowledge of/experience with MS SQL Server (SQL2012 onwards), including scripting in SQL
- Able and willing to work in shifts (not 9-5 mentality)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Technology: TFS, RDBMS (SQL Server), XML, LINQ, Entity Framework
- Fluent English; good communication preferred in Dutch as well
