We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk and Continuity Manager to join our team at Yacht. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day availability of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) process and plan
- Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of our services
- Ensure the IT resilience capability of our organization aligns with business resilience requirements
- Participate in end-to-end testing for Service Continuity exercises
- Schedule risk reviews and obtain current risk status and mitigation tasks with Risk Owners
- Manage and raise risks where a risk to service has been identified
- Support Product Owners to create and maintain Service Continuity and Risk documentation
- Work closely with dev/ops teams to ensure required exercises are performed in time and with desired quality and outcome
- Identify and govern ITSC related risks, as well as maintaining visibility and awareness of related Risks, Issues, and Improvements
- Report towards Risk committees on the health of our IT Disaster Recovery / failover services, identifying issues and remediation activities
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, clearly identifying key risks and gaps, issues, and present information concisely
- Ability to lead the IT and business organizations to a higher maturity level in IT Service Continuity
- Proven track record in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and ability to demonstrate experience in an ITSCM function
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and high availability architectures
- Good understanding of Risk Management concepts and working practices
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to communicate effectively across all operational levels of the organization as well as with suppliers
- Fluent in English language
- Salary expectation between €60,000 and €75,000 per year, including 8.33% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek
- Freelance max hourly rate: €85
