Jouw nieuwe baan
De afdeling Governance, risk en compliance is een nieuwe afdeling in het HagaZiekenhuis. We zijn dan ook op zoek naar een risk officer die het leuk vindt om integraal risicomanagement in onze organisatie verder op te zetten. Samen met de risk & compliance manager ontwikkel je een risicomanagementsysteem dat nauw aansluit op de strategie van het HagaZiekenhuis. Met jouw scherpe oog voor detail identificeer en beoordeel je de potentiële risico’s. Je stelt risicomanagement beleid op, je voert risicoanalyses uit en je ontwikkelt en stelt rapportages op om het management en de raad van bestuur proactief te informeren over mogelijke verbeteringen op het gebied van risicobeheer. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over het beheer van de verzekeringsportefeuille, opgezet om een aantal materiele risico’s te reduceren. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van schades van patiënten, niet zijnde letselschade. De organisatie is snel in ontwikkeling waardoor projecten en andere taken ook onderdeel kunnen zijn van de werkzaamheden.

Het team en jouw rol in het team
Je bent onderdeel van de nieuwe afdeling Governance, risk en compliance (GRC) met aan het hoofd de manager GRC. Je wordt functioneel aangestuurd door de risk & compliance manager. Daarnaast bestaat het team uit een audit manager, duurzaamheidscoördinator, projectmanagers, compliance medewerkers en een functionaris gegevensbescherming.

Wat vragen wij?

Een afgeronde opleiding op wo-niveau in bedrijfskunde, economie, rechten en/of gezondheidswetenschappen. Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen risicomanagement, compliance of juridisch werkveld. Ervaring in de zorg is mooi meegenomen maar geen vereiste. Enthousiasme om deze nieuwe functie vorm en inhoud te geven. Je bent hands on, flexibel en vindt snel je weg in een complexe organisatie en toont graag initiatief. Affiniteit met verandertrajecten, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, daadkracht en resultaatgerichtheid. Zelfstandigheid, een analytisch kritische blik en organisatiesensitiviteit. Met jouw expertise en enthousiasme weet je draagvlak te creëren bij stakeholders op elk niveau in de organisatie.

Wat bieden wij

Een dienstverband van 36 uur per week, je werktijden en -dagen zijn in overleg. Gedeeltelijk vanuit huis werken behoort tot de mogelijkheden Een salaris conform de in , op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. Haga , welke van toepassing zijn voor zowel interne als externe sollicitanten. Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd bij werkgever HagaZiekenhuis. Je bouwt een goed pensioen op bij . 8,33% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering naast je salaris. Goede bereikbaarheid; bus-/tramhalte in de nabijheid van zowel locatie Den Haag als Zoetermeer. Je ov-kosten worden tot maximaal 50% vergoed (naar rato van je contracturen en tot het fiscaal maximum) wanneer je een maand- of jaarabonnement hebt.  Met een parkeerabonnement kun je jouw auto parkeren in de overdekte parkeergarage. En er is voldoende ruimte om je fiets overdekt te stallen.
