Software Installation Technician

Locatie: Zoetermeer, Nederland
Tijd: Fulltime – 40 uur per week

Functieoverzicht:


De Software Installation Technician (SIT) speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen dat onze hightech positioneringsproducten niet alleen worden geassembleerd, maar ook volledig worden geconfigureerd en getest voor optimale prestaties.
Dit is een technische functie binnen een logistieke omgeving, die vaardigheden vereist die vergelijkbaar zijn met die van een elektrotechnicus of monteur. De functie omvat het omgaan met eindproducten, ervoor zorgen dat deze worden geassembleerd tot complete installaties, het uitvoeren van firmware-updates en het configureren van software om aan de specificaties van de klant te voldoen.
De ideale kandidaat is iemand die zich op zijn gemak voelt met elektronica, software-installaties en probleemoplossing. Je werkt in een team van professionals die samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor het activeren en optimaliseren van productmogelijkheden door middel van geavanceerde software- en systeemconfiguraties, zodat onze klanten een naadloze, gebruiksklare productervaring krijgen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:


• Software-installatie & technische ondersteuning (70%):

Configureren van positioneringsproducten om aan de verwachtingen van de klant te voldoen, inclusief het uploaden van firmware, het installeren van software, het instellen van verbindingen, het kalibreren van items en het testen van opstellingen om directe bruikbaarheid te garanderen.Uitvoeren van tests en inspecties op alle gerelateerde items vóór verzending om een perfecte klantervaring te waarborgen.

• Persoonlijke ontwikkeling, administratie & rapportage (30%):

Administreren en documenteren van activiteiten voor elk installatiepakket.Maken van maandelijkse rapporten over verwerkte items, installatietypes en softwareaankopen.Identificeren van verbeteringsmogelijkheden en samenwerken met de Associate Manager Logistics voor implementatie.Op de hoogte blijven van product- en proceswijzigingen via de interne platforms en trainingen van de Professional Services-afdeling.Helpen waar nodig met logistieke activiteiten in het magazijn (picken, verpakken en cyclustellingen).

Je hebt de volgende opleiding en ervaring:


Minimale vereisten:


• MBO+ opleidingsniveau.
• Evaring met software-installatieactiviteiten en MS Office.
• Affiniteit met software en computers.
• VOG-certificaat vereist.

• Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit.
• Sterke organisatorische en workflowmanagementvaardigheden.
• Analytisch en nauwkeurig met goede tijdbewaking.
• Evaring met ERP-systemen.
• Vermogen om samen te werken tussen afdelingen.
