As a Business Analyst IAM, you will:
  • Translate high-level complex targets into designs and blueprints for solutions, aligning with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop cross-domain solutions with high-value results.
  • Work independently within the general departmental objectives, planning and organizing activities within the department.
  • Act as a sparring partner for business, the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these into your designs.
  • Ensure the DevOps team has the right information to translate your capabilities towards a solution design.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise.
  • Knowledge and implementation experience with common IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning, and single sign-on, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM.
  • Strong creation and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong requirement analysis skills.
  • Experience in networking.
  • Mastery in data insights.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Understand complex business problems and recommend solutions through processes and systems.
  • Monitor the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts and help them improve.
  • Translate business requirements into designs aligned with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.
  • Work collaboratively with a team, demonstrating a go-getter attitude and a commitment to high-quality products.
  • Bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in IAM solutions and protocols.
