Amazon is looking for an experienced professional to support Amazon's EU expansion team. Amazon wants to: (i) improve local shopping experiences, (ii) increase selection available to customers in more and more European countries, (iii) provide faster and more reliable shipping to these customers, and (iv) offer them the best prices possible. You will be responsible for driving and facilitating cross-functional development activities, projects and process improvements to improve the overall European customer experience. You will work closely with the International Expansion team, Prime & Marketing team, Delivery Experience team, Transportation team, Customer Service, EU Exports teams, and various developer teams across Luxembourg and the US.
The position is based in Amazon's offices located in Amsterdam, but we are also open to candidates in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
· Define and improve the customer experience in new stores in cooperation with our technical teams.
· Increase Amazon’s selection available to customers in new EU stores by (i) assisting the vendor managers in selection acquisition, (ii) executing audits regarding shipping, ship fees and delivery promises to customers, and (iii) fixing deficiencies in any of these areas.
· Continuously work to improve the shopping experience in new EU stores for our international customers through customer service improvement initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications· Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
· A track record of proven success in past positions.
· Ability to think strategically and tactically.
· Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential for success.
· Strong business judgment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications· Previous experience in consulting / technology.
· Dutch language is a plus, but not required.
· MBA from a premier business school or similar qualification.
