Jij werkt aan de Energie Transitie vraagstukken om Nederland verder te kunnen verduurzamen. Jij beschikt over ervaring in de elektriciteit transport- en distributie sector en wil dit verder uitbouwen binnen een Ingenieurs advies organisatie.

Om deze uitdagingen op te lossen zal er op grote schaal geïnvesteerd moeten worden in de elektriciteitsnetwerken in Nederland en haar buurlanden. Daarbij zullen er netwerkberekeningen, participatieprocessen, vergunningstrajecten en veel design en engineering activiteiten uitgevoerd moeten worden. Daarvoor is veel technische kennis nodig op bijvoorbeeld elektrisch, civiel en mechanisch gebied. Om klanten in Nederland en ook daarbuiten te kunnen helpen met deze opgave zijn wij op zoek naar Senior Consultants en Specialisten met ervaring in planning, ontwerp en operatie van netwerken en componenten daarin.

Jouw Business Unit is Energy Transition. Zij zijn actief op het gebied van energietransities, met als doel de kwaliteit van leven te verbeteren voor zowel huidige als toekomstige generaties. Met hun uitgebreide expertise en vaardigheden versnellen ze de projecten van klanten, zodat ze gerealiseerd worden. 

Ze hanteren een gedurfde, creatieve en geïntegreerde aanpak om de overgang van initiatie naar uitvoering te bewerkstelligen. Ze dragen bij aan transities van energiesystemen in; stedelijke gebieden, industrie, transmissie, distributie en productie. Beschikken over de capaciteit om complexe problemen te vereenvoudigen en actief de omgeving bij het proces te betrekken. Ze halen transities van het slot af en me de wereldwijde ervaring, kennis en middelen helpen ze klanten concrete stappen te zetten richting een duurzame toekomst. Jij kunt daar deel vanuit maken.

Wat ga je doen?
Als (senior) Consultant Transmission and Distribution help je transmissie en distributie bedrijven in Nederland en daarbuiten met hun beoogde netwerk uitbreidingen en verzwaringen. Je werkt in een team met diverse disciplines, want juist door het bijeenbrengen van zowel proces als ook diverse technische ervaring kunnen we de projecten van onze klanten versnellen. Je bent gedreven om impact te maken en projecten te realiseren, en gepassioneerd om jouw technische ervaring te verbinden aan ervaring op andere terreinen.

Je voert berekeningen uit aan ontwerp en dimensionering van elektrische infrastructuur componenten. Je ondersteunt klanten met het opstellen van specificaties voor het vervangen, verzwaren en uitbreiden van elektrische infrastructuur. Je valideert ontwerp en ziet toe op de correctheid van detail ontwerp en uitvoering. Je begeleidt klanten bij de implementatie van systemen, inclusief monitoring en rapportage van de prestaties. Je onderzoekt de technische staat van assets en werkt aan Power Failure Investigations in geval van een storing of calamiteit. Je geeft trainingen aan klanten en werkt ook aan het opleiden van collegas. Je speelt een centrale rol in ons Nederlandse Transmissie & Distributie team en geeft inhoudelijk richting zodat junioren en mediors zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Internationaal ben je een rolmodel op je vakgebied waardoor je ook onze internationale Transmissie & Distributie collegas van richting kan voorzien. Je werkt derhalve aan projecten in binnen en buitenland. Je blijft op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen en trends op het gebied van energiesystemen en duurzame energie en past deze kennis toe in je advies aan klanten.

Wat vragen wij?

Ruime werkervaring op het vlak van Transmissie en Distributie bij hetzij een netwerk bedrijf ofwel een dienstverlenende partij in deze sector Een afgeronde technische bachelor- of mastopleiding in een voor deze sector relevante studierichting Technisch inhoudelijke kennis op het vlak van planning, ontwerp of operatie van netwerken en componenten daarin. Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is een must, beheersing van het Nederlands een pre. Gericht op samenwerking en bereid om (jongere) collegas mee te nemen en op te leiden. Beschikking over een uitgebreid relevant netwerk in de energietransitie Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Leiderschapscapaciteiten en ervaring met het aansturen van technische projectteams. Sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid. Proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding.
