En dat is waar jij, als Sales Support specialist (export), het podium betreedt. Als bruggenbouwer tussen culturen vind je moeiteloos je weg in deze diversiteit. Je begrijpt hun bestelmethoden, past onze communicatie naadloos aan en biedt op maat gemaakte oplossingen. Jij maakt het verschil.

Heb jij deze competenties in huis?

• Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en verschillende belangen te behartigen.
• Je bent geïnteresseerd in andere culturen.
• Je hebt HBO werk en denkniveau, kennis van INCO terms en exportdocumentatie.
• Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Frans is een pré.
• Je bent een enthousiast, positief persoon en schroomt niet om bij te dragen aan plezier op de afdeling
• Je staat stevig in je schoenen, hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte mindset
• Je bent goed in bouwen van relaties en netwerken, ook op afstand

• Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week.
• Salaris tot €3.650,- per maand, afhankelijk van je werkervaring.
• Daarnaast krijg je 32 vakantiedagen obv van 40 uur. 
• een netto reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer,
• 8% vakantiegeld,
• een eindejaarsuitkering van 3% en een collectieve pensioenverzekering.

We zullen ons eerst even voorstellen: 
Royal Smilde, aangenaam. Wij zijn een familiebedrijf, opgericht in 1863, dat is uitgegroeid tot een internationale onderneming met 3 business units, 8 productielocaties in Nederland en verkooporganisaties in België, Frankrijk, Duitsland en Engeland. De producten van Royal Smilde vinden hun weg naar de voedingsindustrie, de retail en de foodservicemarkt. Met meer dan 1800 verschillende producten bereiken we klanten en consumenten in 60 landen. Al onze producten worden ontwikkeld en geproduceerd in onze eigen fabrieken.

Waar kom je te werken? 
Het Exportteam bestaat uit 4 Sales Managers, een business development manager, een productmanager, 4 sales support specialisten, 1 Team Lead en 3 Accountmanagers in Africa.
