We hebben de ‘mijlpaal’ van 8 miljard mensen op aarde bereikt. En dat aantal zal de komende eeuw alleen nog maar verder groeien. Al deze mensen moeten eten, zonder een al te grote impact op de wereld achter te laten. Deze mensen kunnen dat regelen.
Hoe krijgen ze dat voor elkaar?
Om de wereldbevolking duurzaam te kunnen voeden moeten we een stuk efficiënter systeem gaan vormen. Een groot deel van het voedsel dat we verbouwen gaat op dit moment naar veevoer en kost veel ruimte, water en grondstoffen.
Deze scale-up is hard op weg om deze problemen op te lossen. Met hun unieke concept leveren ze een voedzaam portfolio aan eiwitten, koolhydraten, vezels, zoetstoffen en mineralen. Ze focussen op bronnen als bonen, erwten, oliezaden, noten, groenten en algen. Door verschillende sectoren te voorzien van natuurproducten spreiden ze hun markt: zowel menselijke als dierlijke voeding, maar ook het leveren van duurzame bindmiddelen voor de productie van bijvoorbeeld bioplastic, karton en papier in de industriesector.
Een gat in de markt Hoe kunnen ze verder groeien?
Met jouw hulp. Jij kunt als sales professional de internationale markt verkennen en veroveren met dit unieke concept. Je kunt dit toekomstbestendige plan gebruiken om het bedrijf en jezelf een boost te geven als Commercial Manager. Potentiële klanten benaderen in de B2B markt is hier een onderdeel van, want die bedrijven ga je binden aan het bedrijf. Je kan bij ze langs gaan, maar start natuurlijk met hen bellen. Om te zorgen dat het dan uiteindelijk een succes wordt ga je bij de klanten langs om hen over de streep te trekken. Ook als ze in het buitenland gevestigd zijn, want jij laat je niet tegenhouden door de grenzen.
Gaaf Hoe ervaren moet ik hiervoor zijn?
Met een jaar werkervaring binnen de sales, het liefst binnen trading, kom je al een heel eind. Je wil hard aan de slag en de wereld kennis laten maken met een zeer sterk product, je bent niet bang om daar de telefoon voor op te pakken. Je grijpt dus elke kans en schroomt niet om op creatieve manieren potentiële klanten te benaderen en te binden, want jij bent ondernemend van aard. Je voelt je goed in een snelgroeiend bedrijf en plukt hier ook graag de vruchten van. Met jouw resultaatgerichte en gedreven mindset geef jij hier gegarandeerd een boost aan je carrière.
Dat is lekker, maar is het salaris dat ook?
Als je hier binnenkomt kan je starten op een salaris tot €3500,-. Daar kunnen natuurlijk nog bonussen bovenop komen en hoe beter de zaken gaan, hoe interessanter die worden voor jou. Je maakt dus je eigen succes. Ben je daar klaar voor? Dan kunnen we wat voor je regelen.
