Your Job as a JuniorFinancial & ComplianceAdministrator: 
In this role, youwill be responsible for ensuring that the financial and complianceoperations meet regulatory standards. Your main tasks will relateto finance & compliance, including: statutory audit in theNetherlands, consolidated audit of the group, income statements forclients, and KYC. In your role, you'll will be assigned with thefollowing tasks: 

  • Prepare KYCdocuments according to AML samples from auditors.
  • Preparation of contract documentation according to samplecontracts from auditors
  • Prepare confirmationsof balances and ensuring signatures.
  • Providestatements of interest income for private banking clients andconfirming balances with accountants.
  • MaintainKYC folders, both electronic and hard copy, and updating compliancesoftware.
  • Act as a contact person for thecompliance software provider and managing the upload of newfeatures.
  • Draft documents which aredocumenting the approval process of provision of funds.
  • Check confirmations for audits of counter-parties andensuring signatures.

What Do YouBring? 
You are detail-oriented,organised, and have excellent communication skills. In this role,precision is crucial as you will handle sensitive financial andcompliance documents. You are able to work both independently andas part of a team. Furthermore, you'll bring:

  • a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
  • workexperience or internships in financial compliance or auditpreparation.
  • excellent knowledge of MicrosoftOffice and familiarity with compliance software.
  • fluency in English, both verbal andwritten.
