In deze nieuwe functie is Renewi op zoek naar een enthousiaste en proactieve Customer Data Reporting Officer om ons team te versterken.

Als Customer Data Reporting Officer speel je een cruciale rol bij het leveren van hoogwaardige rapportages aan onze klanten, zowel via de rapportagetool in ons klantportaal als via klant specifieke koppelingen voor grote klanten.

Binnen de divisie CWNL werkt Renewi voor tienduizenden B2B klanten aan haar missie ‘Afval bestaat niet’, met ca. 3000 medewerkers, op 60 overslag- en verwerkingslocaties en met zo’n 1500 voertuigen. De omzet van de divisie bedraagt ruim € 800 Mio.

Wat ga je doen als Customer Data Reporting Officer?

Binnen ons klantportal ‘MyRenewi’ bieden we onze klanten inzichten in hun data door middel van een dashboard gebouwd met Embedded Power BI. Jouw belangrijkste taak is om samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen een succes te maken van dit dashboard. Je komt te werken binnen het ‘Center of Excellence Commercial Support’ op de afdeling Commercie. Dit is een gevarieerd team waarin data, projectmanagement en strategie samenkomen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Analyseren van data om waardevolle inzichten te identificeren en te presenteren aan klanten. Samenwerken met interne teams om de datakwaliteit te waarborgen en eventuele problemen op te lossen. Proactief communiceren met klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en te voldoen aan hun rapportagevereisten. Fungeren als het Single Point of Contact voor alle interne en externe klantvragen met betrekking tot de rapportage, inclusief technische issues, vragen over het gebruik en analyses van data. Ondersteunen van klanten (intern en extern) bij het interpreteren van rapportages en het beantwoorden van vragen over de geleverde informatie, om een dieper begrip en gebruik van de data te stimuleren.

Customer Data Reporting Officer is een uitstekende positie om meer te leren over data en datavisualisatie, maar je zult ook Renewi in brede zin leren kennen.

Wat wij verwachten:

HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur in een relevant vakgebied (Bedrijfskunde, IT). Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en aantoonbare ervaring met het werken met data, bij voorkeur in een klantgerichte omgeving. Kennis van Power BI en Salesforce is een pre, maar geen vereiste. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met klanten van diverse achtergronden. Sociaal, proactief en energiek met een sterke drive om resultaten te behalen. Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Hoe maken wij jou blij?

Salaris tussen de € 3100,- en € 4500,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis. Laptop en mobiele telefoon. Goede pensioenregeling. Minimaal 24 vakantiedagen en 3,5 ATV dagen.
