Onze klant is marktleider op het gebied van de bouw en ontwikkeling van de zogenaamde 'lithografiemachines'. Deze machines worden wereldwijd afgenomen door bedrijven als Samsung en AMD om microchips te produceren voor bijvoorbeeld smartphones, tablets, gps systemen en eigenlijk alles dat digitaal aangestuurd wordt. Elke dag wordt er gewerkt aan een betere, efficiëntere en schonere toekomst voor de techniek. Werken bij dit bedrijf betekent werken bij een gezond en mensgericht bedrijf, waar ambities kunnen worden waargemaakt.

Functieomschrijving

Als Production Engineer houd je toezicht op de productie van geavanceerde hightech modules. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van de productie, volgens geplande protocollen.


Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ondersteunt bij New Product Introduction (NPI) en verbeterd bestaande processen in de fabriek
  • Kerntaken zijn het plannen, ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en beheren van verschillende productieprocessen
  • Daarbij pas je jouw kennis toe om risico's te inventariseren (FMEA) en te voorkomen
  • Voor de ondersteuning bij installaties, troubleshooten en support zal je moeten reizen (+- 2 keer per jaar)

Functie-eisen
  • Je spreekt zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal (eis)
  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Natuurkunde
  • Een motiverende instelling en probleemoplossend vermogen is van belang in deze rol
  • Bij voorkeur hebt bij voorkeur jij minimaal jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving met hightech producten en complexe productieprocessen

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • In een een uitgebreid inwerktraject leer je alles over de specifieke processen en krijg je alle gelegenheid om een expert te worden in procesoptimalisatie (o.a. door Lean) waar je als Production Engineer verantwoordelijk voor wordt. Opleidingen en cursussen kunnen je hierbij o.a. helpen. 
  • De salarisindicatie ligt ongeveer tussen de  € 4.200 - €5.000. (afhankelijk van ervaring) 
  • ASML biedt haar medewerkers veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Wat het nog uitdagender en dynamischer maakt is de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan projectgroepen om te werken aan verbeteringen in het (bouw)proces.
  • De reiskostenvergoeding bedraagt € 0,23 netto per kilometer.
