Hoofddorp Cleaning €2.123 - €2.696 38 uur Solliciteer directAs a GMP Cleaning Supervisor, you will ensure that your team maintains a clean office and production environment at our client, Kite Pharma. Kite Pharma has the mission of curing cancer through T-cell therapy. You will help them to achieve this mission and save patients.

What will you do?

You will be a GMP Cleaning Supervisor. GMP means Good Manufacturing Practices. This is the aspect of quality assurance that ensures that medicinal products are consistently produced and controlled to the quality standards appropriate to their intended use and as required by the product specification.

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensure the cleanliness of the environment at the client's location. You will lead a team of cleaners. Optimize the team's functioning. Take responsibility for adhering to cleaning procedures. Maintain multiple cleaning logbooks. Prioritize safety and quality, striving for continuous improvement.

The location is a 10-minute walk from a bus station, and Kite Pharma provides on-site shared bicycles located at both the bus station and Hoofddorp train station.

Kite, a Gilead Science company, is a global leader in cell therapy. Founded in 2009, and headquartered in US, the company has three manufacturing facilities globally. Their European production site is located in Hoofddorp, near Schiphol airport. Kite is dedicated to achieving one of the most ambitious goals of 21st century medicine: curing cancer. It has a singular focus on cell therapy, an innovative, individualized treatment for people with certain types of blood cancer.

Gross 4-weekly salary ranging from €2.123 to €2.696 (based on 38 hours), depending on experience. Compensation for unsocial working hours.  Full compensation of travel expenses. 5% year-end bonus based on your worked period. Modern, international, and diverse work environment. Who are you?

You are available for 32 to 38 hours per week, with working hours from Monday to Friday between 06:00 am and 10:00 pm and from Saturday to Sunday between 08:00 am and 4:00 pm. Furthermore, we ask you the following:

Experience in cleaning. You work hard. You think in possibilities and solutions. You can speak, read and write in Dutch and English. Possession of basic leadership training (level 1) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain it.
