Als Communications Director ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt ze om briefingsvragen scherp te krijgen en heldere meetbare doelen te stellen en voorziet ze uiteindelijk van kwalitatief communicatie- en media-advies op basis van input van alle betrokken mediaspecialisten. Je kan goed presenteren en bent in staat om overtuigend advies uit te brengen richting onze klanten.

Je hebt autoriteit om media- en communicatievlak, houd jezelf goed op de hoogte van nieuwe trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt en deelt proactief commerciële kansen en samenwerkingsmogelijkheden met onze klanten. Je kent de issues en vraagstukken die spelen bij de klant en bent van daaruit in staat om te signaleren waar er kansen liggen om onze dienstverlening aan verder uit te breiden.

Je bent de spin in het web in het klantenteam; je stuurt de verschillende mediaspecialisten zoals AV-, SEO- en Programmatic Consultants aan om samen tot een gedegen en geïntegreerd media-advies te komen. Vervolgens draag je ook zorg van een effectieve implementatie van dit advies bij het uitrollen van het mediaplan, het monitoren en bijsturen in samenspraak met de klant en het zorgvuldig evalueren Je bewaakt deadlines, budget en de kwaliteit van ons werk en zorgt er voor dat het proces binnen het klantenteam soepel verloopt.

De plannen die je maakt komen tot stand in nauwe samenwerking met de Head of Strategy en Insights Consultants. Samen zorgen jullie er voor dat alle strategieën, plannen en adviezen altijd zijn gebaseerd op scherpe insights en dat inzichtelijk welke bijdrage ons werk levert aan de businessdoelstellingen van de klant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitsbewaking van ons advies en zorgt voor een duidelijk herkenbare strategische Publicis-handtekening in het werk dat je oplevert.


Qualifications

Jij:

  • Hebt een positieve mindset en werkt graag in teamverband;
  • Hebt een WO of HBO opleiding afgerond;
  • Hebt ruim 5 jaar ervaring in de mediawereld (bijvoorbeeld als Strategy of Communications Consultant);
  • Hebt uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Hebt ervaring met proces-, project- en client-management;
  • Hebt uitgebreide kennis van alle mediumtypen en hebt inzicht in en een mening over de ontwikkelingen in de markt;
  • Bent resultaatgericht, communicatief sterk, analytisch, klantgericht en neemt initiatief.
