YOUR ROLE

As a Locks and Docks Manager in the Nautical Department in Arnhem, you play a crucial role in our river cruise operations. You are responsible for managing sailing schedules, coordinating docking reservations, and working closely with Corporate Fleet Managers, port authorities, captains, and the client’s itinerary planner. Your primary duties include booking dockings and arranging reservations for water, fuel, and electricity.

In addition to your planning responsibilities, you also handle various administrative tasks related to your role.

Being a Locks & Docks Manager is a rewarding job but can be fast-paced and demanding. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and stress-resilient individual to join our team.

EDUCATION & COMPETENCES

Medium Vocational Education in administration, tourism, events, or similar Familiar with Office 365 Proficient in English and German. French is a plus Accurate and precise Stress-resistant and proactive A team player
