ASML is in 1984 opgericht en inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een van de meest succesvolle hightech bedrijven ter wereld. Als marktleider produceert ASML geavanceerde en complexe machines voor de chipindustrie. Deze machines worden wereldwijd afgenomen door bedrijven als Samsung en Intel om chips te produceren voor o.a. smartphones, tablets, apparaten met gps en andere computers. Allerlei apparatuur welke in deze tijd niet meer zijn weg te denken

Doe jij niks liever dan het optimaliseren van processen in een high tech productieomgeving? Dan is deze baan als Production Engineer bij ASML iets voor jou

In deze rol bij de belangrijkste leverancier van machines voor de halfgeleiderindustrie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van de productieprocessen. Je draagt ​​bij aan de vier belangrijkste drijfveren van productie-ingenieurs: cyclustijd verkorten, kosten verlagen, efficiëntie verhogen, kwaliteit verhogen.

Wat is dan nu concreet je takenpakket?


  • Ontwikkel en pas je methoden toe om de prestaties van het productieproces te meten
  • Je ondersteunt bij New Product Introduction (NPI) en verbeterd bestaande processen in de fabriek
  • Het kan voorkomen dat je (circa 2 keer per jaar) naar het buitenland gaat voor de ondersteuning bij installaties, troubleshooten en support
  • Daarbij pas je jouw kennis toe om risico's te inventariseren (FMEA) en te voorkomen


Functie-eisen
  • Je hebt een HBO of WO diploma in technische richting
  • Een aantal jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving met hightech producten en complexe productieprocessen is een pre, maar starters zijn ook welkom
  • Je neemt van nature initiatief en bent oplossingsgericht

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Afhankelijk van ervaring ligt de salarisindicatie tussen de € 3.900 - €4.600
  • ASML biedt haar medewerkers veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Wat het nog uitdagender en dynamischer maakt is de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan projectgroepen om te werken aan verbeteringen in het (bouw)proces
  • In een uitgebreid inwerktraject leer je alles over de specifieke processen en krijg je alle gelegenheid om een expert te worden in procesoptimalisatie (o.a. door Lean) waar je als Production Engineer verantwoordelijk voor wordt. Opleidingen en cursussen kunnen je hierbij o.a. helpen.
