Alsmarktleider produceert ASML geavanceerde en complexe machines voorde chipindustrie. Deze machines worden wereldwijd afgenomen doorbedrijven als Samsung en Intel om chips te produceren voor o.a.smartphones, tablets, apparaten met gps en andere computers.Allerlei apparatuur welke in deze tijd niet meer zijn weg tedenken

Indeze rol bij de belangrijkste leverancier van machines voor dehalfgeleiderindustrie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen,onderhouden en optimaliseren van de productieprocessen. Je draagtbij aan de vier belangrijkste drijfveren vanproductie-ingenieurs: cyclustijd verkorten, kosten verlagen,efficiëntie verhogen, kwaliteit verhogen.
Wat isdan nu concreet je takenpakket?
- Ontwikkel en pas je methoden toeom de prestaties van het productieproces temeten
- Je ondersteunt bij New ProductIntroduction (NPI) en verbeterd bestaande processen in defabriek
- Het kan voorkomen dat je (circa 2 keerper jaar) naar het buitenland gaat voor de ondersteuning bijinstallaties, troubleshooten en support
- Daarbijpas je jouw kennis toe om risico's te inventariseren (FMEA) en tevoorkomen
- Je hebt een HBO of WO diploma intechnische richting
- Een aantal jaar ervaring ineen productieomgeving met hightech producten en complexeproductieprocessen is een pre, maar starters zijn ookwelkom
- Je neemt van nature initiatief en bentoplossingsgericht
- Afhankelijk van ervaring ligt desalarisindicatie tussen de € 3.900 -€4.600
- ASML biedt haar medewerkers veelruimte voor eigen inbreng. Wat het nog uitdagender en dynamischermaakt is de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan projectgroepen om tewerken aan verbeteringen in het (bouw)proces
- Ineen uitgebreid inwerktraject leer je alles over de specifiekeprocessen en krijg je alle gelegenheid om een expert te wordenin procesoptimalisatie (o.a. door Lean) waar je alsProduction Engineer verantwoordelijk voor wordt. Opleidingen encursussen kunnen je hierbij o.a.helpen.
