Met jouw ervaring op het gebied van productieprocessen en kennis van Oracle Manufacturing Cloud ben je in staat Oracle Cloud oplossingen te realiseren voor opdrachtgevers. Met een scherp oog voor het noodzakelijke veranderproces, adviseer je over de meest optimale wijze waarop opdrachtgevers hun doelstellingen kunnen realiseren. In de rol van manager treedt je hierbij op als vraagbaak voor minder ervaren collega’s en waarborg je de succesvolle uitvoering van projecten.
How do you do this?
implementeren van Oracle Manufacturing Cloud oplossingen waarbij zoveel mogelijk gebruik wordt gemaakt van standaard inrichting en best practices; ontwerpen en realiseren van procesoptimalisaties; demonstreren van inzicht in de bedrijfsprocessen van een opdrachtgeve; leiden van een project team met een oog voor de ontwikkeling van de junior teamleden; initiëren en/of opvolgen van sales activiteiten opdrachtgevers.

Ruil 3 nationale feestdagen voor 3 niet-nationale feestdagen. Als je wilt. Een goede mobiliteitsregeling: de keuze uit verschillende opties zoals een leaseauto, reizen met het OV, een cash budget of een combinatie daarvan. Een laptop en iPhone. De iPhone mag je ook privé gebruiken. Een tijd-voor-tijdregeling. Gebruik de tijd die je op het ene moment meer maakt op momenten die er voor jou toe doen. Een pensioenregeling waarbij je eigen bijdrage slechts 2% is. Voor later. Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan de collectieve zorgkostenregeling. Fiscaal voordelige zaken. Denk aan bedrijfsfitness, het aanschaffen van een fiets tegen bruto salaris of de mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen. De mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van 55 uur oppasdienst per kalenderjaar, als jouw kind 12 jaar of jonger is. Een maandelijks budget waarmee je keuzes kunt maken in flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals extra vakantiedagen of het financieren van een fietsplan. Zes weken volledig betaald geboorteverlof voor traditionele huishoudens en regenbooggezinnen.

Je bent klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging. Je bent in staat een team te inspireren en te leiden. Je hebt zin om nieuwe dingen te proberen en te blijven leren. Tegelijkertijd ben je commercieel ingesteld en weet je goed de eisen van opdrachtgevers te achterhalen. Daarnaast verrijk je ons team met: minimaal 6 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van Oracle Manufacturing Cloud; aantoonbare leiderschapsvaardigheden; diepgaande kennis van Discrete Manufacturing en Process Manufacturing; een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal.
