Finance Support Intern

Start date: August/September 2024

Duration: 5 to 6 months

Platform/Project: Growth Finance

Location: Nijmegen

Assignments and key activities:

Operational Finance

Collate, analyze and report on R&D finance (actuals vs targets) Support on financial forecasts for management decision making Perform intercompany recharges Perform project spend analysis

Data Analysis / Tableau

Support dashboard creation to support day to day work of Growth finance Support on development of Growth Finance reporting capabilities Content preparation for meetings with key Growth stakeholders Communication with relevant stakeholders (within and outside R&D)

Requirements :

Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Data Analytics Bachelor/Masters student Accounting and Finance knowledge is needed MS Excel use is needed Data analytics and visualization knowledge Previous internship in finance/ accounting / data analytics is a plus You have analytical thinking, with numbers mindset and very attentive to detail. You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus) You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship. NOTE: EU working rights are required
