The HRS organization is responsible for designing anddelivering innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. Roleswithin HRS require deep subject-matter expertise to consult onprograms, processes, and people. The top priority of HRS is todeliver the best Employee Experience through the exceptionaldelivery of a portfolio of solutions. Dow’s HR Solutions teamincludes over 140 colleagues in the region, representing more than20 different nationalities. This team designs and implementsinnovative people solutions for all employees and leaders acrossEurope, the Middle East, Africa, and India.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for a WorkforceAdministration Specialist for Dow inTerneuzen.

As a workforceadministration specialist, you will perform the following workingactivities: 
  • Consult and support assignedinquiries regarding WFA, typically at the country level
  • Handle HR inquiries via phone and digitalcommunication
  • Identify and deliver solutionsto employees and People leaders
  • Ensure highlevels of customer service to employees
  • Engagein maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, andprocedures
  • Create and maintain compliancedocumentation for work processes, guidelines, and procedures

Functie-eisen
  • A minimum of a vocational degree in a related field
  • Experience in HR Administration is preferred
  • Ability to effectively work through others andbe collaborative, cross-functional, and diplomatic
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiplepriorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamicenvironment
  • Fluency in English and good verbaland reading skills in German bec
  • Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, orother HRIT systems is preferred
  • Worksindependently, is self-motivated, and accountable
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Customer service mindset
