Employment agency Manpower is looking for aWorkforce Administration Representative for DowTerneuzen.

The Dow ChemicalCompany offers an exciting opportunity for a WorkforceAdministration Representative within their HR Solutions (HRS)organization. This temporary role, with potential for a long-termposition, involves providing high-quality consultation and businessprocess support to employees and leaders regarding workforceadministration programs and services in the EMEAI region. Keyresponsibilities include handling HR inquiries, providing solutionsto employees and people leaders, and ensuring high levels ofcustomer service. Additionally, you will follow up on WFA processessuch as data inputs, employment letters, and contractadministration, while maintaining compliance and documentation ofwork processes, guidelines, and procedures.
