Employment agency Manpower is looking for a TotalRewards Benefits Representative for Dow inTerneuzen. 

As a TotalRewards Benefits Representative at Dow Chemical, you will provideconsultation and support for reward programs, with a focus onBenefits in the Netherlands. You’ll be the main point of contactfor employees and leaders across the EMEAI region, handling HRinquiries through phone and digital case management systems.

You will ensure timely and accurate payments toTotal Rewards vendors, assist with cross-discipline projects, andcontribute to improving HR processes. Additionally, you will ensurecompliance with internal procedures and audits, while maintainingdocumentation of work processes, guidelines, and policies.

  • Gross salary between€2,800.- and €3,400.- per month 
  • Reimbursement of travel costs of €0.23 perkilometre

Functie-eisen
  • A minimum of a Bachelor degree in a related field (HR,Finance, Economics)
  • Experience in the Totalrewards field or HR or Finance administration is desirable
  • Ability to effectively work through otherpeople and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiplepriorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamicenvironment
  • Availability of 40 hours perweek 
  • Fluency in English and good verbaland reading skills in Dutch because of job duties 
  • Knowledge of insured Benefits and Socialsecurity programs in The Netherlands
  • Experience with process automation tools suchas Power Apps and Power Automate is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications, especially Excel is required
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, orother HRIT systems
