Are youa strategic thinker with strong technical skills and experience inIT, production, or engineering? As a Digital Solutions PortfolioManager at Dow in Terneuzen, you'll have the opportunity to manageand develop innovative digital solutions within OperationsManufacturing & Engineering. This temporary role, availableuntil October 1, 2025, allows you to contribute to the digitaltransformation of a globally leading company in the chemicalindustry. As a Digital Solutions Portfolio Manager, you are responsiblefor the full lifecycle management of a portfolio of digitalsolutions. You’ll facilitate collaboration with experts acrossvarious departments and coordinate both functional and technicalanalyses. Your goal? Drive innovation, simplify processes, anddeliver high-quality solutions that enhance the organization’sefficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio with a roadmap for innovation, projectprioritization, and resource planning.
  • Act asa connector between multidisciplinary teams and lead a community ofsolution experts.
  • Ensure service quality,timely delivery, and client satisfaction through structured supportand escalation processes.
  • Build strongrelationships with business and functional stakeholders for optimalend-to-end communication and integration.
  • Leadsmall projects through the full lifecycle, from strategy toimplementation and support.
  • Support financialmanagement through cost control within your solution portfolio.

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production, IT, or arelated field.
  • Proficiency in English at aminimum C1 level (according to the Common European Framework ofReference).
  • Excellent communication skills andthe ability to work independently.
  • Experiencein IT, production, or engineering.
