Manpower is lookingin the region of Middelburg for a Customer Service Specialist forDow Terneuzen.

As aCustomer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for thefollowing tasks:

  • Executing the orderentry and order fullfilment process for an assigned business orcustomer group, including priority and essential customers with ahigh degree of complexity.
  • Maintaining athorough product knowledge and a good understanding of Dow’sapplications and service offerings.
  • Strengthening customer relationships bybuilding solid connections, understanding customer needs, andgathering market information.
  • Coordinatingactivities for assigned customer accounts and proactivelyaddressing issues and implementing solutions.
  • Maintaining service levels according tobusiness priorities.
  • Distinguishing betweencustomer demands and Dow's capabilities, choosing the mostcost-effective solution.
  • Supporting commercialstrategies across multiple businesses with Dow customers.

What do weoffer?
  • Gross salary between€2,800 and €3,400 per month
  • Vacation pay of8.33% of your gross annual salary
  • Thirteenth-month bonus
  • Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometerand coverage of Westerscheldetunnel costs (T-Tag rate)
  • Pension plan through Manpower with STIPP
  • Full-time position with a 40-hour work week
  • Temporary contract with Manpower with a chanceof takeover by Dow
  • On-the-job training at Dow
  • Free access to Manpower’s online learningplatform

Functie-eisen
  • At least a vocational MBO-4 diploma and the ability tothink and work at a higher education level.
  • Excellent command of the English languagecombined with a second languages such as Italian, French, Spanishor Turkish (at least C1 level according to the European Frameworkof Reference for Languages).
  • Availability for40 hours per week.
  • A valid Dutch work permitfor at least 9 more months, or EU nationality.
  • A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) indicatingyou have no criminal record.
  • Preferablyexperience in customer service, CRM systems, and/or SAP.

Living near Terneuzenis a plus, but not a requirement
