Job Description

Wat ga je doen?

Als Finance Assistant ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons finance team. Je zult nauw samenwerken met de Financial Controller en Finance Manager om de financiën bij Boomerang vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. Je werkzaamheden zullen onder andere bestaan uit:

Assisteren bij het beheren van Accounts Payable en Accounts Receivable; Verwerken van inkoopfacturen, expenseformulieren en creditcards gedurende de maand, en het opvolgen van approval flows; Verwerken van bankboekingen; Bijdragen aan de maandelijkse financiële afsluiting, waaronder de AP/AR ledgers en Groupe reporting; Het beheren van de finance mailbox: beantwoorden van en helpen met verschillende financiële vragen vanuit de business; Het assisteren bij werkzaamheden zoals audits, analyses, rapportages etc.

Qualifications

Wie zoeken wij?

Je hebt HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, werkervaring in een creatief, media of (video) productie bedrijf is een pré; Je bent handig met Excel, ervaring met boekhoudsoftware Exact Online is een pré; Je bent secuur, kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en hebt cijfermatig inzicht; Je bent (minimaal) 32 uur per week beschikbaar, waarbij de werkdagen bespreekbaar zijn; Tot slot vinden we het belangrijk dat je binnen de energieke en dynamische cultuur van Boomerang past.
