Responsibilities

Execute IP package assembly and checks Create and release IP maintenance updates Perform IP Release inspection of all product deliverables before customer shipment Deliver efficient and effective technical support to our customers world-wide, responding in a swift and accurate way, performing independent case research with the embedded hardware domain Responsible for managing and tracking individual cases, monitoring progress, informing customers, etc. Work closely with R&D team, distributing customer feedback and highlighting improvement topics

Qualifications

BS or MS degree in Hardware Engineering, Computing Science or comparable level 5+ years’ experience in the security or chip industry in engineering or technical support positions at R&D centers or system laboratories In depth knowledge of hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog), scripting languages and SoC, Silicon IP and/or FPGA design/verification flows Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal as well as written (English, preferably also Dutch) Ability to communicate with colleagues that think and communicate in another domain (Silicon IP, management, business, sales) Ability to work closely with geographically dispersed customer teams Team working skills in international environment Self-motivation, hands-on approach on all activities Practical knowledge of embedded hardware Advantage: Practical knowledge of cryptography, security protocols and security implementations Advantage: Practical knowledge of embedded software
